Responsibilities:

Technical Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and perform repairs to ensure minimal downtime and optimal plant performance. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with management to investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement prevention strategies to eliminate waste. Compliance & GMP: Ensure all maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
