Your new role As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of all plant, equipment and site facilities. This includes completing both planned and reactive maintenance to minimise disruption to production and maintain high operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering frequency‑based Preventive Maintenance plans across all areas of the site. Diagnosing breakdowns and carrying out efficient repairs to reduce downtime. Supporting the installation of new equipment to organisational and regulatory standards. Identifying opportunities for improvement across equipment, plant and processes. Calibrating instrumentation such as weighing systems, flow control and level indicators. Providing technical support, training and guidance to managers, colleagues and contractors.
