Jobstore are recruiting for a skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our world-leading manufacturing client in Wythenshawe, Manchester. (Electrical bias needed) on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will working as part of a team, responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and machinery across this clean and presentable manufacturing facility, ensuring production capacity is at 100%. You will be required to; Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Repair or replace faulty components, including welding repairs where necessary, adhering to safety standards. Work on PLCs (Mitsubishi) to optimise machine performance. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and continuous improvement purposes. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times during maintenance operations. Carry out general FM building maintenance tasks as necessary.
