Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer\n Leeds\n £50,000 Basic Salary\n⏰ 6–2 / 2–10 Shift Pattern (Monday–Friday)\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company offering a competitive salary, a strong engineering team, and a structured shift pattern that provides great work-life balance.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment across the site. Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and support continuous production.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a range of production and process equipment\n\n * \n\n Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and reactive maintenance issues\n\n * \n\n Fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems\n\n * \n\n Support continuous improvement projects across the site\n\n * \n\n Work closely with production teams to maintain maximum line efficiency\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment\n\n * \n\n Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills\n\n * \n\n Experience working with production machinery and automated equipment\n\n * \n\n Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability\n\nThe Package\n\n * \n\n £50,000 basic salary\n\n * \n\n Monday–Friday 6–2 / 2–10 shift pattern\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing business\n\n * \n\n Supportive engineering team and strong site investment
