Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer \n\nLocation - Peterborough\n\nSalary - £56K\n\nShifts - 3 on 3 Off Days & Nights 6-6\n\nAbout the role:\n\nI am working alongside a industry leading food manufacturer looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. They are looking for someone confident working in a fast paced environment, complete preventative maintenance, fault finding and root cause analysis. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\nRegularly check plant and equipment to make sure they work well, serve their purpose, and improve them when needed. Report any issues or non-compliances.\n\nUse monitoring and problem-solving techniques to get the most out of all equipment by reducing downtime through planned, scheduled, or reactive maintenance and continuous improvement.\n\nCarry out regular audits to ensure compliance with AIB / EFSIS / GMP standards.\n\nUnderstand your responsibilities under food safety laws (including HACCP) and work in line with them.\n\nEnsure full compliance with all Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements.\n\nUnderstand your responsibilities under food safety laws (including HACCP) and work in line with them.\n\nWork with Production and Quality teams to improve processes, product quality, and customer service.\n\nExperience/ Qualifications: \n\nMinimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent\nAn awareness of HACCP, PUWER, LOLA and COSHH\nPC literate (Experience of MS Word, Lotus Notes and Excel Spreadsheets)\nPLC Fault Finding - Siemens or Allen Bradley\nFood Safety Level 2 \nFMCG, Food or Pharmaceutical Experience \n\nBenefits:\n\nCompetitive salary in the Peterborough area\nOnly work 6 months of the year\nWorking in a fast paced environment \nTraining/ Progression Internally \n\nGet in touch with Joshua Warner at Stirling Warrington regarding this vacancy or any other vacancies in the Cambridgeshire area
