A hands-on, maintenance-focused role with a leading, well-invested food manufacturer where you'll be part of an engineering team playing a key role in the success of the plant. The role offers plenty of variety and you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on engineering excellence, with strong opportunities for training and development.

About the Role:

Providing a high level of maintenance service across the site, responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Completing planned maintenance and regular equipment checks to improve reliability and performance.
Identifying and remedying recurring issues and faults, and supporting predictive maintenance strategies.
Supporting the wider engineering team on site improvement projects and proactively looking for new, improved ways of working.About You:

Apprentice-trained (electrical or mechanical), preferably with HNC/ONC, or equivalent engineering experience.
Experience of planned and reactive maintenance, ideally gained in a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
Strong fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Proactive approach.
Demonstrable knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.Why Apply:
