Working on a Panama shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production through proactive maintenance, fast fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime Fault find on mechanical and/or electrical systems Support continuous improvement and reliability projects Ensure all work is completed safely and documented correctly
Requirements Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias considered) Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / Apprenticeship) Ability to work Panama shift pattern
