Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Frome We have an exciting opportunity for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing site in Frome. You will support the maintenance team with daily duties, help drive total productive maintenance (TPM), and play a key role in keeping our plant running efficiently. This is a rotating 3-shift pattern (42 hours per week):
6am2pm (Tuesdays 4pm finish)
2pm10pm (Wednesdays 12pm start)
10pm6am (Sundays 8pm start)

What you will do
Support daily maintenance operations across a busy machining and manufacturing site
Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs, improvements and preventative maintenance
Build asset care plans and TPM schedules
Work closely with Engineering, Production and Quality teams
Fault-find on critical production equipment
