Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Shaftsbury, Dorset
Shift 4 on 4 off, (Days&Nights)
Salary: £52,700 + Annual Bonus & Overtime (regularly available)
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing, well-established manufacturing site. You'll be part of a friendly, experienced engineering team supporting production across high-volume processing and packaging operations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs on a range of processing and packaging lines
  • Planned and reactive maintenance, with a big focus around PPMs
  • Working on conveyors, pumps, valves, fillers, hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards
About You
  • Background in manufacturing (food ideal, but not essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working days and nights
  • Easy-going, team-oriented and personable - cultural fit is key
