• Enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and have a hands on approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvements
• Be Capable of Electrical testing and fault finding in production machinery
• Be able to produce simple technical drawings on drawing board or CAD
• Achieve high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Committed, with a great work ethos
• Working knowledge of general machine control systems/electronics
• Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing
