Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Salary: up to £48k
We're recruiting a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Aylesbury. This is a shift-based role supporting modern production equipment, focused on breakdown response, planned maintenance and improving equipment reliability.
The Role
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across production equipment
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding
- Working on blow moulding machinery and associated plant
- Accurate completion of maintenance records
- Working safely to site health, safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, packaging, plastics, food, beverage or similar)
- Multi-skilled background (electrical & mechanical)
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering - essential
- Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days xbpsjku and nights (6-6) shift pattern
- A reliable, practical engineer who works well in a team
