Outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated Maintenance Engineer or Engineering Supervisor looking to step into a senior, high-impact role where you will take full ownership of engineering across multiple sites and play a key part in shaping the future of the business.

In this role, you will lead the development of preventative maintenance strategies, moving the business towards a proactive and data-driven approach, while still remaining hands-on with fault finding and continuous improvement across production equipment.

You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to business strategy and long-term planning, with clear opportunities to progress as the company continues to expand.

The Role:

Multi-site role across Burton-on-Trent and Leicester Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems Carry out fault finding, breakdown repairs, and improvements Work on a range of production machinery Support installation and commissioning of new equipment The Person:
