Experience in property maintenance, e.g. painting, plastering, joinery, brickwork, tiling, leaks, damp issues, gardening with a solid understanding of systems, repairs and upkeep. Experience with tenanted properties preferred. A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. strong investigative skills and the ability to accurately diagnose maintenance issues. Whilst you will primarily work Monday-Friday you will embrace a flexible approach and may involve weekend working/call outs. A full clean UK driving licence is a must!
