We are now recruiting a Multiskilled Plumber to join our dedicated facilities team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive professional to take ownership of plumbing systems across a key client site.

About the Role

As a Multiskilled Plumber, you will work closely with the onsite Electrician and wider facilities team to deliver a high standard of planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance. You will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and reliability of plumbing systems across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance Maintain, repair, test and install plumbing systems Support general building maintenance and fabric repair (e.g., basic painting, DIY tasks) Prioritise workload effectively to meet operational requirements Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations Escort subcontractors and visitors where required Undertake additional duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

Essential:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing Proven maintenance experience Strong time‑management abilities Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detailDesirable:
