We are partnering with a leading organisation in the packaging and brewing industry to find a skilled Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Shift Technician. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including brewing equipment, depalletizers, liquid filling machines, labelling, and glass bottle packaging lines. Diagnose and resolve faults promptly to minimise downtime and maintain production schedules. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

A time-served apprenticeship in electrical engineering. A formal qualification in electrical engineering, preferably an HNC. Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
