Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer (Days + Nights) West London - Hammersmith £50k + £5k Shift allowance Facilities Maintenance contract Electrical Bias Overtime Training

Our client are one of the leading commercial M&E maintenance providers, with a number of high-profile customers across sectors including real estate, financial services, pharmaceutical, etc. With recent award of one of the highest-profile contracts (scope / ambition), and gradual mobilisation of the engineering delivery team, they now seek electrical-bias M&E engineers to join their existing and growing team, based in the West London area. This will eventually comprise a mixed-use development and include elements of both commercial office, residential and retail space, as well as live entertainment (concerts, sporting, etc). Curently working on a Monday-Friday basis until "go live" in April 2026, the team will be adopting a 24/7 "4 on / 4 off" shift pattern after handover from main contractor. Basic salary for these positions is fixed at £50,000 and also includes a shift allowance of £5,000.

Candidates must be fully qualified in electrical engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship, and possess 5+ years experience in a similar shift role within commercial building services / FM.
