Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment. This essential role focuses on ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of production machinery, equipment, and site facilities through proactive maintenance, rapid fault resolution, and technical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across machinery and site infrastructure. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective repairs. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues impacting production. Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems Engineering and other departments to improve reliability and resolve complex faults. Adhere to all safety regulations and site procedures. Complete actions from the Corrective Action Report (CAR) system. Communicate maintenance schedules and machine handovers effectively.
