Job Title: Multi-Trader (Full-Time, Permanent)Location: IpswichSalary: £36,000 basic + benefitsOverviewWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing team, delivering high-quality property maintenance and repair services across Ipswich. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to a skilled professional with a broad range of trade capabilities and a strong customer-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks across residential propertiesDeliver multi-trade work including (but not limited to) carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and basic electrical workDiagnose faults and determine the most effective repair solutionsEnsure all work is completed to a high standard, in line with company and industry regulationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentCommunicate effectively with tenants, clients, and colleaguesAccurately record job details, materials used, and time spentRequirementsProven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar roleStrong skills across multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, decorating)Full UK driving licenceAbility to work independently and manage workload efficientlyGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent customer service and communication skillsDesirableRelevant trade qualifications (NVQ or equivalent)Experience working in social housing or property maintenance environmentsBasic knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH, risk assessments)BenefitsCompany vehicle and fuel card (if applicable)Tools and equipment providedPaid holiday entitlementPension schemeOpportunities for training and career developmentWorking HoursMonday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (with occasional overtime as required)JBRP1_UKTJ
