With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety and professionalism, the organisation invests in its people, tools and training to ensure residents receive an excellent service, every time.Your new roleAs a Multi-Skilled Operative (Plumbing bias), you will deliver a consistently high standard of repairs and maintenance across residential properties and communal areas. You'll carry out a broad range of plumbing, carpentry and general building tasks, working efficiently and completing jobs right first time wherever possible.You'll be customer-facing in this role, acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation, keeping residents informed and ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
