Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across properties in Bracknell. This is a long-term temporary position carrying out a mixture of day-to-day repairs, planned works, and general maintenance within occupied properties.

The ideal candidate will be a strong 2nd Fix Plumber with reliable multi-trade skills and the ability to work independently, delivering high-quality repairs to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering all aspects of repairs across tenanted and void social housing properties

Undertaking planned plumbing installations and remedials as part of a scheduled upgrade programmes

Supporting with multi-trade tasks including:

Wall and floor tiling

*

Minor 2nd fix carpentry

*

Patch plastering and making good

*

Painting and decorating to a professional standard

*

Basic carpentry

*

Working in occupied properties with consideration for residents and their homes

*

Maintaining excellent customer service and representing the company to a high standard.
