Hays is working in partnership with a leading housing contractor in Essex to recruit professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional work within occupied social housing properties. ?? Your New RoleYou'll carry out multi-trade repairs on tenanted homes, maintaining both property standards and positive resident relationships. This role requires sensitivity, professionalism, and technical excellence across a variety of trades.Key Responsibilities Include: Independently diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently, often on first visit Deliver high-quality work in carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting & decorating Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, ensuring minimal disruption Manage digital paperwork and updates via a bespoke job-tracking app Maintain a safe working environment, following H&S guidelines at all times Represent the company professionally on-site and on the road ??
