Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Fitzwilliam Hospital, Peterborough

Full-time, 37.5 hours

The role

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy management for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes, function, and overall quality of life.

Fitzwilliam Hospital is one of Cambridgeshire's leadingindependent hospitals witha reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services since 1983. The hospital is situated in the quiet landscaped grounds of the Milton Estate in Peterborough and has 54 singlebedroomsand 1 twin-bedded room, all with en suite facilities. The hospital provides services for both private and NHS patients.

In this role there is the opportunity to work across both Fitzwilliam Hospital and our Boston West Hospital based in Lincolnshire.

What youll bring with you

• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy with appropriate MSK experience

• Current HCPC Registration

• Current member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

• Ability to undertake a full Clinical caseload of MSK outpatients including direct referrals and post-op patients with a wide variety of conditions

• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.

• Excellent communication and patient-education skills.

• Ability to manage time, prioritise, and work autonomously.

• Experience in group and 1:1 rehabilitation.

• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office

• Proficient in running relevant post op and other classes required by your line manager
