You'll build real commercial skills across sales, brand activation, and customer relationship management. Core Responsibilities: Manage a mix of existing customers and new business, helping to grow sales and visibility for key brands. Support the execution of national brand plans at a local level - ensuring product placement, promotional activity, and distribution align with strategy. Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly. Work closely with brand and product teams to stay in sync with upcoming launches, menu planning, and customer initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, planning) to deliver smooth campaigns and activations. Track performance and provide regular reporting on sales results, forecasts, and competitor activity. Take full ownership of your accounts - including managing budgets, ensuring timely payments, and resolving queries. Essential Criteria: This role is perfect for a junior sales professional or recent graduate with a passion for the FMCG world. We're looking for someone who is: Curious, confident, and eager to learn Comfortable communicating and building rapport with customers Organised and proactive in managing tasks and timelines Commercially aware, with strong attention to detail Adaptable and ready to work both independently and as part of a wider team Experience working with food or drink brands, or in food service, is a big plus - but not essential.
