Senior stakeholder management: ensure wider teams are consistently informed of retail activity and decisions, presenting the commercial rationale. Build strong relationships with retail teams, utilising field insight and translating learnings into commercial growth. Be a visionary and help everyone see and be excited by what is possible through effective collaboration.
