National Sales/Account/Business Development Manager (Wholesale/Foodservice/OOH/Retail/B2B) About the Company & Role This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s most exciting and fast-growing FMCG businesses. Having already built a successful and expanding online presence in the UK and internationally, the business is now entering its next phase of growth. That next chapter is B2B expansion with a clear ambition to secure listings across UK Wholesalers, Foodservice/OOH and/or Retailers; this role will be at the heart of that journey as a ‘boots-on-the-ground’ lead. You’ll have the chance to help shape the commercial strategy from the ground up, responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and driving brand visibility and sales across multiple categories. You’ll work closely with an ambitious and collaborative team, with genuine autonomy to own your channel and the opportunity to see the impact of your work quickly. About You You’re a natural hunter, energised by identifying opportunities, engaging buyers, and converting conversations into commercial wins. Bringing an established network across wholesale/OOH/foodservice and/or retail channels would be highly advantageous, but above all, you bring drive, curiosity, and a passion for winning new customers. Qualifications
A proven new business hunter with a passion for winning and growing accounts Confident approaching and influencing buyers and senior stakeholders Highly motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working autonomously Resilient, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results REQUIRED: Experience across wholesale/OOH/foodservice and/or retail channels with networks/relationships with buyers/contacts ADVANTAGEOUS: Experience within drinks/coffee/tea/beverages Excited by the opportunity to be the first B2B commercial hire in a growing FMCG business
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and win new B2B customers across wholesale/OOH/foodservice and/or retail channels Open and develop relationships with key decision-makers and buyers Lead the end-to-end new business process, from prospecting through to negotiation and onboarding Secure listings and distribution across multiple categories Build and deliver a clear new business pipeline aligned to growth targets Represent the brand professionally and compellingly in all customer interactions Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing customer satisfaction Provide market insight and customer feedback to help shape the commercial and product strategy Manage the P&L and help establish strategic, scalable sales processes as the business grows
