National Account Manager
Location: Wetherby (Office-based with regular UK travel – 2–3 times per week)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Profit Bonus + Company Car + Laptop & Phone
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced National Account Manager to join a well-established and growing UK manufacturer supplying innovative products and solutions to the construction, civils, and utilities sectors.
This is a strategic, relationship-led position where the National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of national and regional accounts across end-user contractors and equipment hire companies. You’ll play a central role in strengthening long-term partnerships, maximising revenue opportunities, and positioning the business as a trusted supplier across multiple projects and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with key accounts across the construction, civils, and hire industries.
* Build multi-level relationships from Site Managers to Directors, mapping decision-makers and influencers.
* Conduct regular client meetings nationwide (2–3 days per week) to review performance, discuss future projects, and identify growth opportunities.
* Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
