Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing toy brand on the search for a National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.


As the National Account Manager, you will lead and grow our national retail partnerships. You will own the commercial strategy across your accounts, delivering sustainable growth, exceptional retailer relationships, and best-in-class execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow key national retail accounts across the UK
  • Develop and deliver robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with retailer objectives
  • Lead annual negotiations, pricing, promotions, and range planning
  • Use data and insight to drive commercial decision-making and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and full P&L ownership for your accounts
  • Support successful product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform account strategy


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience managing national retail accounts in consumer goods (toys, FMCG, or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Confident in analysing data and building business cases
  • Highly proactive, organised, and results-driven
  • Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills


Salary- 52k + car allowance + bonus
