£50,000 - £75,000 DOE + Package

We are partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting brands in the functional health space. They have rapidly transitioned from a cult favorite to a major player in the wellbeing category.

As they enter a significant phase of scaling, we are looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail partnerships and drive the brand’s mission across the UK.


The Role

You’ll be managing high-level relationships with major UK stores and premium retailers, ensuring this brand stays at the forefront of the health revolution.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategy to deliver sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for category buyers, using data-driven insights to win shelf space.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage the full commercial lifecycle of your accounts, from forecasting to promotional spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure seamless brand execution.


What We’re Looking For

  • FMCG Background: Proven experience as an NAM or Junior NAM within the UK grocery or premium retail sector.
  • A "Health-First" Mindset: You genuinely care about the wellness industry and understand the "functional" drink trend.
  • Commercial Sharpness: You are comfortable with Nielson/Kantar data and can build a compelling commercial story.
  • Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced, "challenger brand" environment where you can see the direct impact of your work.
