You will be part of a team driving training agenda, working with department managers, and senior leaders to deliver excellent training and update matrix.
Being a food manufacture elements of training include food safety and technical compliance Keep accurate training records both paper and digital for audits Working with Engineering, Technical, HR, Operations teams
Experience
Strong presentation and coaching skills Organised with excellent planning, and time management User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Role
Monday to Friday Flexibility to cover all shifts on occasions AM, PM, Nights Benefits inc Life Cover, Company Pension, Annual Leave
