We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National HR Advisor to join the team here at Nationwide Platforms. Nationwide Platforms is a fast-growing commercial business, and as we continue to go from strength to strength, we are proud to be a support function integral to its growth. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, and working closely alongside our wider HR team, you will be responsible for providing first-line advice and support on all people-related issues to our UK Operational business whilst remaining consistent with our internal policies and procedures and current legislation. Dealing with staff welfare and administration-centred activities and strategy planning to support the Field HR Business Partners. Responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting HR data, generating reports and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making for the organisation to improve workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and other HR initiatives. Ideally, we're looking for someone based in the Midlands area, (but we are open to someone who lives within reasonable commuting distance to our of our main depot hubs), and we are looking for someone who isn't opposed to frequent national travel, as this will be required as part of the role.
