Our Client is looking for a National Key Account Manager to drive growth across the core client portfolio and help explore new sector opportunities in the Midlands and South regions. This is a commercial, client-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national key accounts.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
- Act as the primary commercial liaison for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
- Provide market and client insights to support strategic business decisions.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Security or Facilities Management.
- Proven success in account management or client-facing commercial roles.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a home-based/regional setup.
- Commercially driven with a focus on identifying and growing client opportunities
