We’re a leading UK wine sales and distribution business with a dynamic portfolio of global producers. Our focus is delivering quality, service, and value to customers across the on-trade. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a National On-Trade Account Manager to join our team and drive growth with major on-trade (restaurant, pub, hotel, and hospitality groups) across the UK.
The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of national on-trade accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver commercial results. From negotiating trading terms to launching promotions and identifying new opportunities, you’ll play a key role in shaping our national growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue with national pub and hotel accounts
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships
- Identify and win new business across on-trade channels
- Deliver accurate forecasting and joint business plans
- Collaborate internally to deliver service excellence
- 3–5+ years’ experience in on-trade account management (wine experience preferred)
- Proven success in new business development and negotiation
- Strong commercial skills (P&L, forecasting, planning)
- Passion for wine and hospitality (WSET qualification desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
- Competitive salary (£40,000-£50,000 DOE) + car allowance
