Sales Director – UK (Manchester / Midlands / London)

Location: Manchester, Midlands or London (Field-Based)

Salary: From £80,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Sales Director to lead and scale a high-performing commercial team across the UK. This is a pivotal leadership role, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), with full responsibility for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading from the front.


This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong experience in medical aesthetics, dental, or medical devices, who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and grow a national sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Drive year-on-year revenue growth through clear strategy and execution
  • Maintain a highly visible presence in the field (minimum 4 days per week)
  • Build and strengthen relationships with suppliers, partners, and key clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior leadership
  • Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives


About You


  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or senior commercial leader
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and leading teams successfully
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Experience within medical aesthetics, dental, or medical devices is highly desirable
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a field-based, client-facing role
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
