The Opportunity

Talent Magpie is partnering with a leading global Consumer Electronics brand to appoint a National Sales Manager responsible for driving growth across the UK’s top 4 retail accounts.

This is a high-impact leadership role, owning key customer relationships and shaping commercial strategy within a fast-paced, innovation-led category.


The Role

Reporting into the UK Sales Director, you will take full ownership of national account performance across major retail partners, driving revenue, visibility, and long-term strategic growth.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop relationships with the UK’s top 4 CE retail accounts
  • Define and execute joint business plans to deliver sustainable growth
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional activity, and commercial agreements
  • Drive sell-out performance through strong in-store and online execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, and supply chain teams
  • Analyse market data and customer performance to inform strategy
  • Identify new opportunities for range expansion and category growth


The Candidate

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-led sales leader with a strong track record in Consumer Electronics or a closely aligned category.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience managing national accounts within UK retail (ideally top-tier CE retailers)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating at senior buyer level
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver growth within a competitive, fast-moving environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented
