POSITION: National Sales Manager – UK & Ireland

Industrial Pumps | Engineering Solutions

SALARY: Up to £65,000, bonus, company car/car allowance

LOCATION: Flexible UK location


Our global client specialises in high-performance centrifugal pumps, offering unmatched flow, efficiency, and reliability. They are seeking a National Sales Manager to accelerate growth, strengthen distributor networks, and expand their market presence across the UK and Ireland.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve targets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; monitor performance against budget.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations, train and support distributors.
  • Attend customer sites, trade shows, and industry events across the UK and Europe.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best commercial and technical solutions.


Experience & Skills:

  • Proven face-to-face sales experience in plant hire, pumps, rotating equipment, or similar industrial sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM; willing to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.


Regular travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe will be a key part of the role.
