Responsibilities
Generating new business through proactive sales activity and relationship building Delivering against agreed sales targets, budgets, and activity plans Developing and executing strategic account plans for nominated customers Preparing and submitting bids, tenders, quotations, and proposals Managing your pipeline and activity accurately using the CRM system Identifying key decision-makers and navigating complex customer organisations Working collaboratively with operational teams to maximise account value Representing the NSS brand with professionalism, confidence, and credibility Spotting market trends and opportunities to support future growth
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and/or account development Experience within facilities services, property management, or complex service environments Confidence dealing with large, multi-site or national customers Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with wider teams Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Resilient, driven, and persistent – you follow things through Full UK driving licence
