We are working with a fast-scaling premium drinks business who are looking to accelerate growth across key UK channels.
This entrepreneurial and award-winning company operates a portfolio of high-growth brands, including a standout premium ready-to-drink cocktail range that is rapidly establishing itself as a major force within the market. With significant investment, ambitious leadership, and a clear trajectory toward becoming a £100m+ business, the organisation offers a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of expansion.
We are now seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and expand the On-Trade channel across the UK. The business has already secured significant traction, including a national contract with a major pub group, alongside established distributor partnerships and growing wholesale presence.
The opportunity lies in leveraging national relationships to unlock major National group listings with operators. This role requires an individual with proven experience navigating national buyer processes, capable of opening doors at the highest level and converting strategic opportunities into large-scale, long-term listings.
Key responsibilities:
This is a pure new business role focused on opening doors across National On Trade
- Winning new listings with major National On Trade Groups
- Leveraging existing buyer relationships to accelerate national distribution
- Leading commercial negotiations across pricing, promotions, and activation
- Driving top-line growth through high-impact account wins
- Building a pipeline of opportunities across route-to-market partners
- Operating at pace in a highly autonomous, results-driven environment
About you:
This role is not for someone who wants to “learn the ropes” – it’s for someone who can deliver from day one.
- Proven track record winning new business within National On Trade
- Strong existing relationships with key national buyers (critical)
- Background within drinks (RTD, soft drinks, alcohol or adjacent categories preferred)
- Highly commercial, target-driven and motivated by financial reward
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment
- Resilient, proactive and able to open doors quickly
