NEC Project Manager (Water) | Belfast A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an NEC Project Manager to join its growing team in Belfast. With an established reputation for delivering complex civil and environmental engineering projects, the company plays a key role in the design and management of critical infrastructure for public sector clients, including Northern Ireland Water. Your new role as NEC Project Manager (Water) You will be responsible for the delivery of sewer network and water infrastructure projects under the NEC suite of contracts, acting as Project Manager on behalf of the client. Working within an experienced team, you will manage all aspects of contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. What you will need to succeed as an NEC Project Manager (Water) To be considered for this role, you should have: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership (e.g. ICE, CIWEM, Engineers Ireland) Demonstrable experience in the delivery of water or wastewater infrastructure projects In-depth knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts, ideally having acted as NEC Project Manager Experience managing project scope, programme, cost, and quality Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with the requirements and processes of Northern Ireland Water or similar utilities Desirable: NEC3/NEC4 accreditation or formal training Experience with sewer rehabilitation or network modelling projects Knowledge of environmental and health & safety regulations within the water sector Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultant/contractor interfaces What's in it for you?
