NEC Project ManagerLiverpool (Hybrid Working Available)£56 per hour (Inside IR35)6 Months We're seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to support our client on local authority infrastructure and capital projects. This role will involve managing projects under NEC contracts, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage projects in accordance with NEC3/NEC4 contract frameworksAct as the Project Manager under NEC contracts, fulfilling all contractual dutiesOversee project delivery from initiation through to completionManage budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingIdentify, assess, and manage risks and early warnings in line with NEC processesReview and manage compensation events and change control proceduresEnsure compliance with programme requirements and monitor contractor performanceLiaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external partnersPrepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders and governance boardsEnsure health & safety and regulatory compliance across all project activities Key Requirements: Proven experience as an NEC Project Manager on public sector or infrastructure projectsStrong working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contractsDemonstrable experience managing budgets and complex project programmesExperience handling compensation events, early warnings, and contract administrationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced local authority environment For more information, please contact Scarlet WilsonJBRP1_UKTJ
