---------------------------------------- About the Role We are seeking a time-served NEC4 Supply Contract (Option A) specialist to provide immediate commercial and procedural expertise on a complex defence / engineering supply programme. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced NEC4 practitioner who can ensure full compliance, close out live commercial risks, and maintain the strongest possible contractual position. You will work closely with our project, engineering, and commercial teams to review the signed contract, audit our CEMAR records, and implement strategies fully aligned with NEC4 requirements.

Review all SMIs, Early Warnings, and Compensation Events in CEMAR for compliance; flag vulnerabilities and client-side breaches.
