Role: NEC4 Supervisor

Location: Norwich

Duration: 12 months +

Rate: Negotiable on experience

Inside IR35

12-month contract (potential +24 months) for an experienced Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure works comply with NEC4 Scope via regular site presence and independent scrutiny

• Manage defects, material checks, testing witnessing (on/off-site)

• Maintain quality control per highways/H&S/environmental standards

• Administer CEMAR portal, produce weekly/monthly reports with photos

• Handle technical queries, recommend corrective actions, liaise with PM/TA lead

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years highways construction supervision

• NEC3/4 experience (Supervising/PM support)

• CEMAR or similar electronic project admin

• CSCS card, valid UK driving licence

• Highways England schemes experience (ideal)

Desirable:

• Chartered/Incorporated ICE/CIHT

• Highways England passport
