Role: NEC4 Supervisor

Location: Norwich Duration: 12 months + Rate: Negotiable on experience Inside IR35 12-month contract (potential +24 months) for an experienced Site Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Ensure works comply with NEC4 Scope via regular site presence and independent scrutiny

Manage defects, material checks, testing witnessing (on/off-site)

Maintain quality control per highways/H&S/environmental standards

Administer CEMAR portal, produce weekly/monthly reports with photos

Handle technical queries, recommend corrective actions, liaise with PM/TA lead

Essential Requirements: 5+ years highways construction supervision

NEC3/4 experience (Supervising/PM support)

xehkeey CEMAR or similar electronic project admin

CSCS card, valid UK driving licence

Highways England schemes experience (ideal)

Desirable: Chartered/Incorporated ICE/CIHT

Highways England passport
