NetSuite Solution Architect

London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)

We’re looking for a high-impact NetSuite Solution Architect to take ownership of how NetSuite is shaped, scaled, and embedded across the business. This isn’t just a support role — you’ll be the person designing how NetSuite fits the organisation, not the other way around.

Operating in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, you’ll need to be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable driving change at speed.

What you’ll be doing

Solution ownership & architecture

• Act as the go-to NetSuite expert, owning solution design across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Architect scalable, efficient solutions that align NetSuite to evolving business needs
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured NetSuite configurations and workflows

Optimisation & continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes through NetSuite
• Partner with stakeholders to challenge existing ways of working and drive better outcomes
• Ensure NetSuite is being used to its full capability across all functions

Delivery & change

• Lead NetSuite-related initiatives, from enhancements through to broader transformation projects
• Roll out new functionality and ensure successful adoption across the business
• Drive best practice in system usage, documentation, and process consistency

System integrity & performance

• Oversee system performance, stability, and data integrity
• Manage integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with wider systems landscape
• Maintain a robust, scalable NetSuite environment that can support business growth

What we’re looking for

Core experience

• Strong, hands-on NetSuite experience across Finance and Supply Chain (WMS highly beneficial)
• Proven ability to design and architect NetSuite solutions, not just administer them
• Deep understanding of finance processes and how they translate into ERP systems
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly

Skillset

• Commercial mindset with the ability to align systems to business goals
• Confident stakeholder engagement across both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving ability with a detail-oriented approach
• Self-starter with the drive to take ownership and push things forward

Nice to have

• NetSuite certifications
• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware)
• Background in process mapping and optimisation
