Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office: Bracknell, Stevenage, or Birmingham) Salary: £65,000 + £6K Car Allowance + 10% Bonus (potential to increase to 15%) Clearance Required: SC (must be eligible – clearance required before start; DV preferred)
We are looking for a Network Solutions Lead to join our New Business Team, supporting secure, technically complex change initiatives within an existing customer environment. This is a pre-sales aligned role, acting as a key technical point of contact to shape customer requirements into secure, deliverable network solutions. You will act as the technical lead during the early stages of change—supporting the customer journey from initial idea through to internal governance approval. This includes shaping and challenging solution requirements, conducting impact assessments, and creating the necessary design collateral to move solutions forward.
