The Network and Telephony Lead is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Trust’s data network and telephony infrastructure. This role leads on the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of secure, resilient, and high‑performing connectivity services that underpin clinical and business‑critical systems. Responsibilities
Lead the design, operation, security and continual improvement of all connectivity services that support clinical and corporate systems across all sites. Act as the Trust’s senior technical authority for network and telephony architecture, service resilience and cyber security controls. Make autonomous decisions that affect operational continuity and patient‑facing services. Lead specialist technical teams and manage supplier performance. Contribute to digital infrastructure strategy and planning. Serve as a point of escalation, participate in the digital on‑call rota and deputise for senior digital operations leaders when required.
