About the Role

We’re looking for a consultative Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK by designing tailored cleaning and FM solutions for commercial clients.


You’ll act as a trusted advisor, engaging decision‑makers, understanding their operational challenges, and presenting high‑quality, site‑specific solutions that Sentrex are known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Win new commercial cleaning & FM contracts across the UK
  • Meet senior decision‑makers and conduct professional site surveys
  • Design tailored service solutions — not off‑the‑shelf pricing
  • Prepare high‑quality proposals, tenders, PQQs and cost models
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to contract award
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth mobilisations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Represent Sentrex professionally at all stages of the sales process


What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in commercial cleaning or FM sales

✅ Proven ability to win contracts £50k+ per annum

✅ Strong consultative selling approach

✅ Excellent proposal writing and commercial awareness

✅ Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels

✅ Self‑motivated, organised and results‑driven

✅ Full UK driving licence
