Dynamic global production agency are looking for an experienced New Business Director / Head of Growth to run the Business development function alongside the founders.

About the Role

If you currently in a growth role within a content or production agency then please read on.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with leading agencies, creatives and clients globally
• Own the full pitch process from brief through to presentation
• Develop and execute strategic outreach and sales plans
• Help on marketing and PR when needed
• Follow market trends attend events
• Have experience working with both creative and media agencies

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a similar role within a film, production, content or similar industry

Required Skills

• Be able to demonstrate high-value new business in similar area
• Interested in film, production / keen eye for detail
• Excellent at communicating in a busy environment and always able to problem solve in a calm manner
