Role Overview

As New Business Lead, you will be at the forefront of expanding the marketplace, responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new sellers. Youll source sellers whose products align with key categories, customer demand, and long-term growth strategy.

This is a commercially focused role requiring strong business acumen and a solid grasp of marketplace dynamics. Youll build and manage a pipeline of sellers, assess potential partnerships, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Working closely with the Marketplace Manager and wider teams, you will help new sellers succeed, driving category expansion, customer satisfaction, and the overall performance of the Marketplace.

You will report directly to the Marketplace Manager.
