  • Exciting new role focussing on new logos/ BD- Not an AM role.
  • The services they offer are Creative Production, Digital Experiences, Campus Activations, Social Media Management, Promotion & Student Marketing and Brand Ambassadords

  • Role Overview

    • A newly created role within a multi‑award‑winning agency, focused on bringing in new logos and high‑value accounts. You’ll lead outbound activity (with some inbound support), run discovery, shape proposals, and front pitches for major opportunities.
    • This is not a high‑KPI, boiler‑room sales role — it’s a senior commercial position for someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, and win complex deals.
    • The agency delivers a mix of content, social, digital experiences, on‑campus events, and ambassador programmes, all designed to help employers attract and engage university talent.
    • Someone from an agency who is used to collaborating with internal teams (ADs, Creatives, PMS etc)
    • New role - chance to make and shape the function
    • Service you will be promoting: Creative Production, Digital Experiences, Campus Activations, Social Media Management, Promotion & Student Marketing and Brand Ambassadords

    What They’re Looking For

    • Agency background (creative, employer brand, recruitment marketing, or similar)
    • Strong experience leading and winning pitches around £500k+
    • Confident in outbound, qualification, and shaping commercial opportunities
    • Able to represent the agency credibly with senior stakeholders

Ready to lead pitches, win high‑value clients, and shape the commercial growth of a fast‑moving agency? This role is built for a senior operator who loves opening doors, running discovery, crafting winning proposals, and setting new client partnerships up for long‑term success.

    The Role

You’ll own the front end of growth: identifying the right prospects, leading pitch teams, and converting opportunities into commercially strong partnerships. After a client signs, you’ll act as Executive Sponsor for Year 1 to ensure a smooth, confident transition into delivery.

This is a hands‑on, strategic commercial role — not a volume‑based sales job.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and manage a targeted new‑business pipeline
    • Run qualification calls and prioritise high‑value opportunities
    • Lead discovery, shape proposals, and front pitches
    • Negotiate scope, pricing, and commercial terms
    • Act as Year‑1 Executive Sponsor for new clients
    • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Ops, Delivery, and Marketing

    What You Bring

    • Proven success winning new business in creative, employer brand, media, or B2B services
    • Confident pitch leadership and strong commercial instincts
    • Structured, CRM‑driven approach to pipeline and forecasting
    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally
    • Understanding of early talent, employer brand, or recruitment marketing (ideal but not essential)
    • Particularly interested in people from clients such as Alexander Mann, Amberjack, Blackbridge Communications, Manpower Group, MSL Group, Penna, Pink Squid, Forthwall, Radancy, SMRS, Thirty Three... or similar

    Why This Role

You’ll shape the agency’s growth engine, lead high‑impact pitches, and work with a collaborative senior team who value structure, clarity, and commercial excellence. If you love turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships, this is your stage.
