Role Description We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused New Car Sales Executive for a full‑time, on‑site role at our Chorley location. The New Car Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their car‑buying journey. Daily duties include engaging with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, promoting new car models, negotiating sales deals, and meeting sales targets. This position plays a key role in supporting customers’ automotive choices while ensuring a seamless and satisfying sales experience. Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Customer service skills, including a focus on delivering an outstanding experience at every stage of the sales process. Basic knowledge of automotive products, brands, and features, with a willingness to keep up to date on latest industry trends. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast‑paced retail environment. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. Valid driver’s license required.
